My truck was not serviced and I my appointment ( was at 8am and i showed up at 7:55) was canceled even though I was the first customer on site. l brought to the service desks attention the fact that a repair that was done six weeks ago had failed and needed to be looked at again. Also, was questioning a charge that was misrepresented to me at the time and did not get my approval.
